Chelsea
Owner
Hi my name is Chelsea. I’ve been the owner of Reflections Salon for 10 years. With almost 15 years of experience behind the chair. Since I was a child I knew I would own a salon. It looks a lot different than what I expected but in a good way. I am so thankful for the group of girls I have working for me. We have such an amazing salon family. That takes a lot to accomplish and my heart is so full. I
specialize in blonding and extensions behind the chair. My side hustle also includes working for Monat. I have been with the company for 8 years. That once a part time job turned into a huge lifestyle change for our family. Monat made the salon possible and helped me accomplish purchasing and remodeling it.
I also am part owner in JMC Hair+Co which is an extension line. That was something I had wanted to do for a few years.
Outside of the salon I’m a mother of 2. My children have grown the salon with me, literally. I bought the salon when Chasley was 6 months old and Cashion was 2. I love spending time with my husband and kids. Taking them on trips is probably one of my favorite things to do. To see the happiness on their faces along with taking a break from the hustle of our life. I love helping others and helping others succeed.

Magan
Magan is originally from Collinsville, OK and has been in the Shawnee area for a little over 6 years. She has a beautiful daughter and has been doing hair 11 years. Magan specializes in blondes, lived in color, + hand tied extensions.
She is an owner in JMC Hair Company and loves to help her clients achieve the hair of their dreams.
Jamie
Jamie Wilson a busy mom of 5. With 19 year’s experience working behind the chair, specializing in color (particularly blonding) and extensions services. Hair has always been a passion and getting to do what I love everyday and seeing the happiness on my clients faces it’s truly rewarding. When I’m not in the salon you can find me enjoying time well spent with my family.

Tabitha
Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Tabitha Cowan also known as #HairbyTabitha. I am a Mother of two wonderful children and one fur baby. Outside of work I enjoy going on adventures, reading and making memories with my family. My passion for hair began in my teenage years and continued to grow. In 2012 I graduated from Imagine Paul Mitchell in Norman, Oklahoma with a license in cosmetology. I am passionate about my work and strive to exceed my clients expectations. I enjoy seeing the smile on my clients face and boosting their confidence. Heidi Clum says

Hello everyone, I'm Janice, I've worked at Reflections salon for 10 years, a cosmetologist, with over 20 yrs experience. I love doing permanent waves, spiral perms, perms on really long hair, perms for elderly clients, and of course the younger generation of boys, men and women. I also do colors,foiling,cuts of any age. Pedicures and fiberglass nails. Outside of work I like being outdooors. Taking care of my animals and racing cars are just to name a few of my hobbies.

AJ Esthetics
My name is Amy and I graduated from Central Oklahoma College as an Esthetician in January of 2023, got my Esthetician license shortly after and I’m certified in lashes with Lash Alliance in OKC - with more certifications coming. I specialize in lash extensions and eyebrows. I immediately started at ReflectionsSALON after graduation!
I grew up as a tomboy but loved all things beauty! When I started getting my own lashes done years ago, the little details and the process of the initial application really captivated me - and how effortlessly confident I felt with them so I can’t wait to make others feel like that. I couldn’t be any more excited to work among the Reflection Ladies! Chelsea has done my hair for a few years and I just loved all the stylists personalities and how fun they all could be. I’m definitely blessed to be with them.
Debbie
My name is Debbie and I’m a hairstylist with over 20 years of experience. Reflections has been my home the past 10 years. I used to cut Chelsea’s hair when she was a child. Prior to that I worked at PK&Friends for many years until it switched to Reflections.
I am a mother of 1 beautiful daughter. My husband and I love to travel in our spare time. I also love to go shopping. The girls at the salon love my strawberry bread and think I’m their mom.
